Our flight from ORD - SFO got cancelled last minute - we were already on the plane and ready to set off when a surprised engine test was announced. The flight was eventually cancelled and we were put up in a Hotel and we organised new flights with yourselves on the phone. Both, the hotel and flights were covered, however, the extra meals we had to pay for were unaccounted for as food was included at our Hotel in SF. *Can this be covered by Virgin America too, please.*Also, we have now received emails with voucher codes for our next flights with Virgin America worth $*** each (* people). As this was a business trip and we are not very likely to fly Virgin America any time soon (we are based in the UK) I was wondering if the amounts can be paid out instead.
