If your Viber account has been blocked and you are seeing an "activation failed" message, it could be due to suspected spam activity or violations of Viber's usage policy. If there's no such activity, this could be an error. Unfortunately, we can't activate blocked accounts directly. You should reach out directly to Viber support through the Help section in your Viber application. Explain the issue to them and they will guide you on the necessary steps to regain access to your account. Ensure you have access to the phone number associated with the blocked account for these procedures. This issue may take some time to resolve by the support team.

If you're having trouble activating Viber on your iPhone 12 Pro Max, you can follow these steps: 1. Ensure you have an active internet connection. 2. Make sure you've downloaded the latest version of Viber from the Apple App Store. 3. Open Viber and select 'Continue' on the Welcome screen. 4. Select 'Yes' when asked if Viber can access your phone number. 5. Enter your phone number (without spaces or dashes) and select 'Continue'. 6. You'll receive an activation code via SMS. If you didn't receive it, select 'No code received?' to get the code through a phone call. 7. Enter the received activation code and select 'Enter'. If the problem persists, you may need to restart your iPhone or reinstall the Viber app.

Viber itself is a free service that allows you to make calls and send messages over the internet. However, note that it requires an internet connection to function. Charges you are seeing may be linked to your mobile data or Wi-Fi usage if you do not have a free or unlimited internet plan. Remember, international and premium calls made via Viber Out will also be charged and doesn't come with the free service.
