****o,*I had received a text message from my friend’s Viber account that he had changed his phone number. I called the number and after several dial tones I got connected and immediately disconnected. Right away I received a notification from Western Union that I was charged $**. I realized that it was the scam. Now, how am I going to be charged if I don’t have Wester Union account? Can anything be done to prevent further charges? Please help.*Thank you
