My phone number ******* it ** device has been damaged enough that I cannot for a claim. I had to add a line and suspend this device. I've been injured and am not working at the moment. Is it to outside to just pay for the device without having to pay for services I not going to use on this line. I would pay it off and cancel the number if this is possible. If there bill stays this much, I will not be able to pay for it and possibly loose my job. I have to have a cell phone as well as my husband due to our driving truck for a living. There have been some big issues with my health that may make it impossible to return to work full time. B until I can resolve these issues, I am hoping there is a solution? Thank you my current number is **********

I had to call them myself. B it don't help me still states it's waiting to talk to Verizon. B this is almost ** hours now. I would never recommend this app
