Last Thursday I purchased a new *G cell phone at a Verizon store. I was told I would get a $*** trade in. The agent did all the transferring between phones, and set up my new services with Verizon BEFORE he validated all the $$ numbers. Turns out, there was NO $*** trade in, only a $***. So I decided to purchase a different, *G phone. He worked for an hour to make all the changes and told me my Verizon monthly charges and services had been restored to their original costs--no changes. Then I got several e-mails from Verizon, including a NEW $*** charge for November. That is incorrect!!! Apparently the reversed services (back to original) and costs didn't go through. I cannot access my account because of a host of other security lockouts, which I don't understand. Right now, my priority is to restore my charges to their original monthly fees, and restore my month to month basis, $**.**, (I have been with Verizon for over * years). HELP!!! Account **********-*****
