I have a Vanilla Visa Prepaid Debit card I transferred money from my Paypal to it on Wednesday for the first time and I've used it twice. I can't access my account online and when I *call and enter my card number and pin it says it can't help me with that at this time. When I try to talk to an agent, right after it says please hold for next available agent I get cut off everytime. I had a declined transaction early this morning and this has bern going on all **** day... I've had enough and I want to know what's going on with my money!!
