I bought my card on October first I went to go use it today and It says I only have .** cent or something, I have not even used my card because I need it to pay my internet bill and now I can't use this I know my card number it is **** **** **** **** exp. ***** cvv .*** can you please help me with this because I don't have to funds to go get another one as I'm on a fixed income and I need to pay my bill. I did call earlier but the customer service guy wouldn't help me out said something about a pending transaction? what is pending i never used it?
