I was trying to contact Vanguard without using a telephone due to a head injury that makes it very difficult for me to use a telephone. I clearly stated, in detail, each of the things I wanted. I then summarized the detailed explanation in a concluding sentence that listed exactly what I needed and requested a response by email.*I absolutely did not want my information to be seen by other custo... ... My name is Loren Hogan. I am unable to sign on to my account due to memory loss from a head injury I received in an accident. I tried getting a temporary password by having it sent to my email, which is *LorenH*****@***.com. I received a temporary password at that email address. I was still unable to get access to my Vanguard account because when I entered the temporary password it took me to page that required me to enter a code that was sent to a telephone that I no longer have. I can communicate by email, but trying to use a telephone is extremely difficult for me because, while I hear adequately, I now have problems with interpreting the sound.**I want access to my account online and want to update my account to the new investment platform so that I will continue to have access to my account.**I need a copy of my current statement and any other readily available statements for the past year or more. I prefer this information as either JPGs or PDFs, rather than as a paper copy. I assume that I will be able to get these statements by myself once I have access to my account.**Please give me information that will allow me to access my account online, update it to the new platform, and get JPGs or PDFs of my statements.
I don't know who "They" refers to. If you are not Vanguard, I did not intend you to get a copy of my information.
