Purchase the TV at a pawn shop and evidently the TV has never been registered I have called your company numerous times to have this problem fixed got the TV registered to my Gmail account and it's still continues to give me problems will not stay connected to Wi-Fi for any reason whatsoever. The last customer or tech support specialists I spoke with ask me where it was purchased I don't know where it came from except a pawn shop I can't help that I purchased your product which is s*** that does not work and it has to be registered with your company in order for it to work properly so here I sit with a ** **-in screen TV that is no better than a paperweight can someone not please help me with this issue if I have to I will call every News channel I can think of and contact an attorney about the state of the rest that you are causing me by me not being able to keep up with the events in the world through a smart television that was bought through your company
