We attended Halloween Horror nights on ******** and it was a disaster. The line was excessively long for guest relations so we were told to call but our drive to Universal Studios Hollywood was close to * hours. I would like a refund, the mazes were flooded and they scanned our tickets and then we were told that they were closed! I am so disappointed in there service. I saw that the wait was over * hours long and that was just ridiculous! I paid for the express pass after * pm. I paid so much that I would like a refund like everyone else.

We were still up in Hollywood, so I woke up early the next morning and spoke to a customer service person and they helped me immediately. They were not able to refund me but they gave me Express tickets for Halloween horror nights for that evening
