The issue in GetHuman-naniobri's own words
Order Number : P ***-**** ****. I order UA * wide D Running Shoe on October **, ****. On that same day I got an email that the shoes HAD SHIPPED. I checked with FEDEX over and over and it said they had not received the package. By October **, ****, I had had enough when I check at *:** pm and FEDEX was still saying they had not received the package. I gave the lowest review and stated my problem on the fact that my shoes were never shipped. On October ** I got an email that the shoes had made it to FEDEX ON THE ** AT ****. I just looked at the tracking and their is anew statement for October ** that was never there before that states shipment information sent to FEDEX. I checked several times a day and all I got was packaged not received! Now the shoes will not be delivered until Saturday Oct. **. To add insult to injury the shipment says * wide for the shoe size. THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. **Also I never received a reply from my first evaluation.

GetHuman-naniobri did not yet indicate what Under Armour should do to make this right.
