The issue in GetHuman-aurorasg's own words
I had two accounts through Udemy. **I was logged into the account with no courses in one tab. I want to the delete account section. **Then to check that the other account had all my courses I opened another tab and logged in. **When I verified that the other account had all my courses. I returned to the tab with the wrong account . **I was already on the delete account page and it looked as though I was logged in to the account I wanted deleted. **So I hit delete account and accept. **Then when I went to sign in it was the wrong account that was deleted and I had about ** or so courses that I had paid for and had not yet completed. **I am so distraught. **I now realize that when I signed in under the correct account in the second tab that it must have transferred to the other tab once I clicked delete account. **But there is nothing I can do about it now. Except for attempt to contact Udemy to see if I am able to restore my account or purchases. **Thank you.

I have an issue with Udemy too
How GetHuman-aurorasg fixed the problem
I ended up finding the chat contact link on the site and going through all of the details of how it happened. I went through the steps to verify that I was the owner of both accounts. The guy who helped me out found the recently deleted account and then transferred the courses over to the open account. And all was right with the world.
