I recently joined Uber Eats and used a promo code for $25 off my first order. After a small mistake entering the code, I accidentally placed an order over my budget. I quickly canceled and placed a new order. The delivery driver assured me I wouldn't be charged for the canceled order. Now, I'm seeing a charge being processed for the canceled order, which I don't want. I expect a refund back to my card for the amount of the canceled order. If not resolved, I will dispute the charge with my bank and seek clarification from the restaurant to confirm there should only be one charge. I need this issue resolved promptly as I need the funds for another bill. Thank you.

I submitted this through the app, but I haven't received a response yet! I require assistance concerning this order. Today, I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the driver, who was exceptionally rude. Despite my friendliness, she was unhelpful. I even went out of my way to guide her to the hotel entrance, leaving my boyfriend waiting. The order got canceled, and she subsequently blocked both me and my boyfriend, truly upsetting us. I was shocked by her unprofessionalism when she was preoccupied with her noisy children during our calls. I felt embarrassed with my boyfriend, whose birthday lunch plans were ruined by this driver. The driver's behavior was unacceptable, and I demand compensation for this distressing ordeal. I have decided to discontinue using Uber Eats, as this incident has been the worst I have encountered. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism displayed by the driver has left me extremely disappointed and irritated. I expect a refund and additional compensation for the inconvenience caused. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I am considering switching to Deliveroo moving forward.

I used UberEats to order a meal, and unfortunately, the restaurant faced multiple issues. Nevertheless, the driver surpassed expectations to ensure my food was delivered. I sought to increase his tip, but the Uber app restricts tip adjustments to within an hour of delivery. Despite other similar companies having the same policy, customers typically can update tips by contacting customer care. I have not been able to reach Uber's customer care even after multiple attempts over nearly a week. This lack of support leaves me unable to properly thank the exceptional driver. Due to Uber's neglect of its drivers, I have decided to no longer use their service. I will also encourage Uber drivers I know to seek better opportunities with ride-share/food delivery services that value their drivers and allow customers to reward outstanding service with increased tips.

It seems that both companies are related. I had an issue with an order that was messed up, and despite receiving a $5 credit, the missing items were worth at least $8. On top of that, my burger was also incorrect. Trying to resolve this has been frustrating as I couldn't easily find someone to speak with. As a loyal customer, this experience has been disheartening. If this matter isn't resolved satisfactorily, I may have to discontinue using both services. It's frustrating to have to continuously deal with these problems, especially when it's difficult to reach customer support.

I have been trying to contact the Uber Eats customer service team since Thursday, March 10, [redacted], when this incident happened. I called Uber but couldn't get through to the Uber Eats team and also tried to report the issue on the app without success. My concern is regarding two orders I placed on Thursday, March 10, [redacted]. The driver's name was Walter in a Honda Grace CL40219. I have a specific issue with the delivery driver's unprofessional behavior, which goes beyond food safety. I have evidence of this behavior on video. The driver arrived 30 minutes early, honking at my gate, and was unresponsive and rude when I inquired about the order. His behavior made me feel unsafe and led me to cancel my order. I later found what seemed to be my order left outside, with melted ice cream. I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered orders, an apology, and reassurance that they are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.

Hello. I placed an order on March 12, [redacted], which was never delivered. I have tried to reach out through the app and Twitter but received nonsensical responses on the app, and no one has responded on Twitter. In desperation, I am now trying to communicate via email. The delivery person allegedly refused to return my order, claiming falsely that they tried to call me and waited the required 8 minutes. However, I was at the delivery point at 20:56 for a 20:55 delivery and contacted them at 20:57, creating inconsistencies in their story. Your customer service now says the delivery person waited 24 minutes at the delivery point, adding to the confusion. I have chat records and screenshots from the Uber app to support my claims. The delivery person even suggested I could retrieve my order at an added cost, which seems like a scam. I am requesting a refund of €37.18 for my March 12 order. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection services and possibly pursue legal action to recover my funds. I find your business practices scandalous, especially the lack of accessible phone support for those less tech-savvy. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I doubt I will use your services again given the current circumstances. Good evening, I encountered an issue with my order placed in Milan on Friday, 11/03/[redacted] at 9:18 PM at Trattoria Acero, order number #C8405. While placing the order, the app froze and confirmed two exactly identical orders. I tried to cancel the first one, but it never got canceled even after contacting support and customer service. I also reached out to the restaurant which was preparing the order, so it got halted and never made it to my house even though I paid for both orders. Only one of them (order #7FB6C - delivered) arrived late due to the app crash issue. Now, I wonder if you could kindly reimburse me for the order that never arrived, but I still paid for, as the problem was not solely on my end, but rather due to a network and app issue. I used Uber Eats to order McDonald's in Northwich. After payment, my delivery driver got lost and claimed my address was fake during a poor-quality call. Despite sending texts and trying to guide him, my order never arrived. Surprisingly, my account was disabled after the incident. I recently placed an order with Asda in Gillingham. My order total came to £59.71 for a variety of items. Unfortunately, my delivery was late and upon receiving it, I noticed that most of the items were missing. Additionally, the food had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Al seleccionar los elementos y optar por pagar con tarjeta, intenté ingresar el código promocional "XOKAS75ES" válido hasta el 31/03/[redacted] en mis dos primeros pedidos. ¿Qué sucedió? El código fue rechazado sin explicación y al intentar hacer el pedido de nuevo con el código, apareció un mensaje diciendo "YA HAS SOLICITADO ESTA PROMOCIÓN". ¿Cómo es posible si no he realizado ningún pedido previo? Agradecería una pronta respuesta, siendo mi primera experiencia con Uber Eats, ¡una decepción total!

Order #A8945 Hello, I did not receive my order, but the app claims the driver waited 7 minutes. I need evidence that the driver actually came. Did he ring the doorbell? I doubt it. I demand a refund. Waiting over an hour for a KFC delivery was frustrating, especially when the driver mistakenly delivered my McDonald's order to my neighbor. How can I trust Order #A8945's information when even the subsequent delivery failed? Additionally, the refund for Order #2719F was credited to my Uber account instead of my bank. I insist on a full refund for Order #A8945 and request that the refund for Order #2719F be transferred to my bank account since I won't be using this service again due to these consecutive letdowns.

Hello, I am Mr. Yassine L., a customer of Uber EATS. I am already registered under the same name on Uber EATS with the email address: [redacted]. I would like to contact you regarding an order placed on March 15, [redacted], at 10:35 pm from Speed Kebab. I had a delivery issue with this order as the driver handed over the food in very poor condition. It is unacceptable to receive such a service from a large company like yours. I am very dissatisfied, especially as I am visually impaired, almost blind, and the driver did not mention this problem, which he must have surely noticed. It is dishonest and humiliating. I am not a public dumpster, to say the least. I received food that was unfit for consumption as the drink had spilled all over my meal, making it inedible. Moreover, the dessert that miraculously survived was the wrong one, alongside the incorrect drink. In any case, I could not drink it as it had spilled over everything. To be honest, I was left with nothing at home that evening, so I had to go without eating. Due to this inconvenience, I didn't want to reorder right away out of fear of facing another issue in the same timeframe. I made a complaint, which was accepted for a simple refund. Hello, I encountered an issue with an UberEats order I placed last night. The delivery driver called me around 6:36 to inform me that the food was delivered, but I couldn't locate him. He claimed to have delivered it at 6:38. After contacting him and requesting the food be returned, his response was unfriendly and ended abruptly. I am unable to reach him now. I wanted to reach out to discuss an issue with my recent order. My promo was not applied, and I ended up paying more than expected. I had a limited budget until my next paycheck, and the promo would have been really helpful. I understand if the order wasn't eligible, but I wish there was an option to review before finalizing. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but couldn't. It would be great if the amount not covered by the promo, $30, could be refunded. I am located in Toronto, Canada. Recently, I received an UberEats voucher as a gift and applied it to my wallet. Additionally, I had a promotion code for extra savings. While placing my order, after initially applying the promotion code and then revisiting the payment options, I encountered an issue. Upon trying to reapply the promotion, I received a message stating it had already been used. Despite not having any promotion applied, I continued to face the same error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not resolve the problem. After contacting customer support multiple times without a satisfactory resolution, I am still unable to place an order. It has been three weeks of unsuccessfully attempting to use the service. I am looking for a solution to either unblock my account or transfer the funds in my wallet to a different account. Yesterday, we placed an order with McDonald's that never arrived at our residence on 9 Willow Avenue, Yiewsley, Middx UB7 8BW. Despite contacting the 24/7 team, my son got in touch via email. They claimed the driver left the order at number 17, but we live at number 9. When my son went to check, there was no delivery at number 17. This situation is unacceptable as my money was deducted without receiving the food, amounting to fraudulent activity. I request an immediate refund to my account (see ticket #91CD5). Additionally, I urge Uber to investigate and take appropriate action against the driver who falsely claimed the order was delivered. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will escalate it further due to the driver's deceptive behavior.

Hello, I recently ordered a bottle of alcohol for my friend's 20th birthday around 10:30 pm. I waited patiently for nearly 2 hours, only for the order to be cancelled without any refund issued, despite the money being charged to my card. I find this level of inconvenience unacceptable. The shop should have cancelled the order much sooner if they were unable to fulfill it. I request a refund for the order as soon as possible. I placed an order with Sainsbury’s yesterday, but unfortunately, I did not receive my order despite being charged for it. When I reached out for help, I was only instructed to rate the restaurant and the delivery partner for service improvement. It's concerning that the delivery address on my receipt was different from mine, leading to confusion. I even checked the address it was delivered to but found no sign of my order.
