Order from New Orleans Daiquiri and Grill but the driver cancanceled my order because of the wait time. I should be able to use my promo again especially when your driver cancelled my order! Please REACTIVATE my $** off promo Code. ... I am not sure why it is difficult to reach customer service with you people, but I have a promo code that I have not used, GET**US, for $** off that is invalid. I placed on order last month for New Orleans Daquiri restaurant, but they CANCELLED my order because it was over an hour wait. Why is the promo invalid if the order was cancelled? It is NOT my fault that the driver cancelled the order but the promo code should still be active or else that is just false advertisement to get these emails for this code but it keeps saying that is is invalid.
Why give a Ist time code,Cancel my order, and then fail to return my promo code to my account!
