Hi Team,*I am writing this letter because I am a faithful customer for Uber and Uber eats, but the issue I faced today it was horrible. **For the order number ****** on *th Dec, **** I have paid ** rupees through Paytm. The delivery executive denied to deliver the food and told me to cancel the order. And when I refused to do it, he cut the call and suddenly I got a notification that food has been delivered. But I didn't get my food delivered. **So please refund my money back which I paid through Paytm. And also requesting you people please take care of delivery executives as they are cheating the company along with the loyal customers like me. Because from the same restaurant I asked my friend to order the same food and at the very next time, again the delivery executive denied to deliver the order by saying bullshit reasons.
