Bonjour,*J’ai rencontr* par * fois un probl*me, dans les m*mes circonstances, * peu de choses pr*s.*Lorsque je re*ois une demande de livraison alors que je n’ai pas termin* celle qui est en cours et pour laquelle je suis tout juste en collecte du restaurant, je n’ai plus la main sur l’adresse de la livraison du destinataire de la livraison en cours, c’est gris*.*Je vais voir dans la r*cap de livraison du jour pour r*cup*rer l’adresse si toutefois je l’ai valid* par erreur, mais je ne la trouve pas . C’est l’occasion d’un grand stress pour moi et je voudrai savoir comment, dans un tel cas, je peux r*cup*rer cette adresse afin de terminer ma livraison en cours avant de partir vers une autre. *J’ajoute que, dans les * cas les adresses de commer*ant et du destinataire *taient tr*s proche l’une de l’autre donc il y avait une pertinence certes. *La question est : Comment r*cup*rer une adresse de destinataire lors d’une livraison en cours de r*alisation qui n’apparait plus sur l’*cran et comment reprendre la main lorsque le d*p*t est gris* ?*Merci pour votre retour.*Bien cordialement
