I was wrongfully charged * extra trips and now my account is in dubble overdraft, and there no phone number to call you guys!!!

I was trying to get a single trip from airport to hotel at **pm. ... MY Current Balance*-$**.** *My Available Balance*-$**.****PENDING TRANSACTIONS*** issue* UBER *TRIP,*-$**.****POSTED TRANSACTIONS*Date: May **, *****Personal transaction -$**.***Left in my account -$**.****was posted and charged for this prior to charge for ** issue, then my bank for some reason changed the order and after amounts left over the day fallowing.***** issue* Date: May **, *****NSF Item Paid Fee DEBIT:Purchase UBER TRIP,**** MARKET ST AMT:$**.***Auto & Transport Fee**-$**.***Left in my account $**.****** issue* Date: May **, *****Purchase UBER TRIP,**** MARKET ST ********** CAUS*Auto & Transport Debit Card**-$**.***Left in my account $**.****charged and accounted for after my personal charge, then my bank for some reason changed the order and after amounts left over the day following.** SITUATION*I only ordered one trip from LUKE from seattle airport--asked if there was a place on the route to the hotel that wouldn't charge any extra that the passenger could get something to eat due to diabetes sugar levels-- Luke said yeah not a problem and took her (Jen) to Jack in the box-- then took her to the motel with her * carry on bag and * under carry bag. TOTAL time was ** min & SOMEHOW I got charged for a "Long pickup fee"! When I was already charged for time and miles separately. (The length of time determined to be incurring the charge for the "long pick up fee" is not defined.)**So, *: I get charged extra for a trip that was later discovered to be a special shuttling service on your sight.**: I get charged more than once for this to my account, thus causing me to go into overdraft on my bank account.**: I am still even looking at dubble charges of overdraft to my account for that pending charge. AS WELL AS for each overdraft I incur I get a **$ fee charged to my account on top of it all.**: I have spent the last * days trying to get to where I can contact SOMEONE about this ****! I have looked threw many many places trying to find a number- only to discover that the number is bogus leading to nowhere but a dead line. The website is so clunky I can't even find a sight map nor anywhere but a dumb Q*A part of the sight that DID NOT answer my issue at all. There are no online places to talk to a person directly. There is ONLY this that I was able to find and attempt to get this settled and the account for both uber and my BANK figured out.** SOLUTION*What is the defined time for incurring a "Long trip fee" ?**I want refunded & compensated for these things totaling : $***.***Broken down:*Issue ** @ $**.** **The overdraft fee from my bank @ $**.** **Issue ** @ $**.** **The overdraft fee from my bank @ $**.** **Issue ** @ $**.****I believe this is fair due to the nature of the charges, The lack of care & customer service, & how it has affected my bank account which I will still have to pay the fee of $** twice because of this.
they charged me * times again and then sent me into a double overdraft with my bank. NOT TO MENTION NO ACTIVE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL UBER AND DISPUTE THIS DRIVER OR SERVICES!!!!!

I expected honesty and not to be taken advantage of and then not have a place to call in order to report and talk to customer service and get refunded for these * extra trips that I DID NOT order.
I have tried to talk and call all the numbers i found for customer service for uber and they were all FAKES!!! Then i have to fight threw confusing sights and forums just to try and find SOMEWHERE to report this and still I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY PROPER RECOURSE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
