First off I feel Uber customer service reps don't read wat I'm even saying and send the same automated reply...I need a call back or a manager to reply who pays attention. My last trip I cancelled cuz he was going the wrong way on screen and the minutes kept going up ...I got a $*.** cancellation fee wen I thought it's only *$?? Plus the driver was completing a trip anyway far away so why was I charged at all? I used a promotion code so I should have the cancellation fee be taken out of that not from a credit card on file ..I have no funds on cards more than *.** I think so now I can't use Uber cuz of this fee i shouldn't have got anyhow.can u call me ***-***-**** or email me *****@***.com...thx melissa feifer...I use Uber everyday and this fee never has applied.
