Dear USAA, **I hope this message finds you all very well.**My name is Juan Reyes a US Citizen born and raised and retired National Guard Reserve.*after several years of using your wonderful bank, my account was abruptly closed (no reason given).**That's fine, it's water under the bridge.**However I do have an issue left pending with the bank. I had a remaining balance of approx $***.***your fine team sent out checks when the account was closed.**The problem is that I am traveling abroad and will do so for the following year.*Here where I am, I have not been able to cash or deposit those checks and this has been going on for far too long.**I want to cordially request that your team cancel or void these checks and simply transfer the funds to my other bank at Synchrony.*as I will not be able to cash these checks ever.**I appreciate your help, once you reply I will share with you the check numbers and my Synchrony banking info for the transfer.**Thank you very much**Sincerely,*Juan Reyes
