I believe that the counting should have never begun "UNTIL ALL CONDITIONS WERE MET: "FEDERAL AGENTS AS WELL AS PARTISAN WATCHERS*OBSERVERS* I would in the future with regard to a " FEDERAL ELECTION POSITION" -separate the state elections from the Presidential election* the social security as well as i.r.s. have the names of "EVERY SINGLE PERSON LEGALLY ALLOWED TO VOTE"* A single ballot with the two candidates names and a simple for or against* to be mailed to a Federal vote counting facility upon completion* federal agents should be authorized to arrest any person interfering at any point in the "counting process" should be arrested on the spot charged with "election interference* which leads me to a question*why were "NONE OF THE COUNTING OFFICIAL,S ARRESTED AND CHARGED FOR THEIR CRIMINAL CONDUCT"??
