I placed an order for bird food yesterday with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. I activated delivery alerts and it now shows the package out for delivery today. Unfortunately, I am not home to receive it and it can't be left unattended at my doorstep. Despite my attempts to contact the post office this morning, I haven't been able to reach anyone. I really need the driver to hold the package as tomorrow was the initially agreed delivery date. I won't be home until then. This bird food is essential for my birds, and there's a risk of it being stolen if left outside. This has happened before, and I'm worried about it now.

In September, we temporarily changed our address to forward our mail for 3 months due to an extended trip. When we returned home at the end of November, we submitted a form to end the mail forwarding service. However, we started receiving mail for the previous address before Christmas, causing confusion. When I explained this at the post office, they advised me to fill out the form again. Despite checking the mail frequently, we found our P.O. box locked on 12/29. The counter agent informed us of an unpaid November bill, which we never received, resulting in additional late and rekey fees. This series of errors on the USPS's part has been frustrating, as we were never alerted to the overdue bill during our previous visits. I believe we should be reimbursed for these fees, as this situation was not our fault. We are also concerned about missing Christmas packages that were supposedly forwarded. Tracking Number: 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 14 My two-day Priority Mail envelope was dispatched on December 16 with an expected delivery date of Saturday, December 19. However, it was only delivered on Saturday, December 26. I initiated a refund request today online, but unfortunately, it was rejected citing the lack of 'refund coverage' on my part. I was never informed or given the option to purchase any 'refund coverage' when I sent this envelope. I am now seeking a refund of $9.80. If the United States Postal Service fails to improve its service and provide the refund, I will take my future business elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I mailed priority envelopes on 12/10 to three Maryland locations. As of today, they have not arrived. They were supposed to be delivered in two days. Two were last documented in District Heights, MD on 12/18, and the other in Hyattsville, MD on 12/15. The latest updates on 12/22 for the two in District Heights and 12/19 for the one in Hyattsville state they will be delayed. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

To USPS, I recently made an online purchase I was excited about and paid through PayPal. However, I never received any communication from the seller, not even the order number. After reaching out to PayPal, they contacted the seller, who provided the tracking number confirming delivery by USPS. Despite the delivery confirmation, the package didn't come to my address, causing me not to receive it. My sister encountered a similar situation with her purchase. I informed PayPal about the incorrect delivery address and was advised to obtain an insurance form from USPS as proof. Once I submit this form to PayPal, I should receive a refund. I purchased a custom quilt for my husband for Christmas, made with unique and valuable materials. The package was shipped through USPS with expedited return shipping to Memphis, TN. However, on December 13th, the quilt was only 2 hours away in Oxford, MS, and by December 14th, it had reached the Memphis distribution center. Strangely, on December 15th, it was redirected to West Virginia, and since then, there have been no further updates on its whereabouts. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]08.

I realize it's Christmas, but I sent a priority letter from Montrose, PA to Charleston, WV on the 17th. Now it's in FL and has been sitting there for 2 days without moving. It was crucial for it to reach there by the 31st. I find it puzzling that a first-class letter I sent to California is already delivered and charged to my credit card, yet the priority letter to West Virginia is taking this long. I have faith in the efficiency of the postal service, having worked there myself. However, 13 days and still no delivery is disheartening. Signed, Disappointed.

I dispatched Christmas cards and packages on December 14th. They were intended for delivery on December 17th or 18th. The postal clerk at my local post office assured me that all packages would have tracking but not the cards due to their size. 16 days later, only the packages have reached their destinations. All five handmade cards I put so much effort into have not arrived. This is frustrating as every envelope, cards included, seems to be missing. I request immediate attention to locate and deliver all my Christmas cards promptly. It's unacceptable to lose every item that wasn't a large package.

I arranged to have my mail forwarded to Florida in January, but unfortunately, some ended up in my home in Lombard, IL. One piece got lost after being returned to the Lombard post office, resulting in a $[redacted] penalty for non-payment of a bill. The post office has received many negative reviews. This year, I received incorrect mail at my house twice already. Despite these issues, I plan to attempt the mail forwarding process once more this year.

Tracking number #[redacted][redacted]89 shows the package was marked delivered on 12/29, but I didn’t receive it. I was outside when the delivery person came, but she said there was no package for my address. I've called the post office, but no one answers. Verizon seems unreachable too. Our neighborhood frequently receives packages meant for other addresses. It's frustrating. I need help locating my package as no one seems available to assist. I've checked with my neighbors, and they don't have it. Please, resolve this issue promptly.

I am having a problem with receiving my mail when my usual mail carrier is absent. I visited the local post office, but I was informed that my regular mail carrier is the postmaster, and there is no way to track down my missing mail. I am particularly concerned because I did not receive my gas bill, and today, my Social Security check should be arriving. As I have not received any mail yet, I am anxious that my check will not be delivered, similar to the situation with my gas bill. I opted for overnight delivery at an additional cost, and my package arrived on time at the post office. However, instead of being delivered as express, it was scanned and left at the post office. The tracking information falsely claims it was held due to customer request, although I was never contacted about it. The package contains perishable food, the reason for choosing express shipping. I contacted 1-[redacted], provided tracking number EJ[redacted]05US, and was assigned Customer Service #[redacted]0. They gave me a local number that is not responsive. Now, I am at home, awaiting the package, but the perishable items might spoil by the time it is delivered, if it comes at all. My phone number is [redacted].

I have been experiencing delivery issues for the past three weeks. The postal service claims my mailbox is not clear for delivery, even though I have cleared it multiple times, including shoveling snow. The mail carrier, Lisa in Woodstock VT, seems to have a personal issue with me and my family, refusing to deliver our mail. When I went to pick up my mail at the post office, I overheard a worker speaking negatively about me to the carrier. This behavior is unacceptable. Despite reaching out to Bianca for help, I have not received any assistance. The delay in receiving my Social Security check, which was due on the 31st and has now been received on January 4th, has caused me to go without medication and become ill. This is a violation, and if needed, I will contact the IRS to file a complaint. I require a conversation with a representative as emails have not been effective in resolving the issue.

I shipped a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope on November 28, and it has not moved past Fayetteville, Arkansas since December 4. The online contact form on the USPS website is not working correctly. Each time I enter details for "Where is my Package?" and click on SUBMIT, the page just refreshes without progressing. I have attempted this on two different browsers. It seems like the USPS website requires significant technical improvements. In the meantime, my package is still missing, and I need to either locate it or receive a refund for the lost amount ($20.05). If Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50, how can I file a claim? I'm unable to submit a claim on the website. Despite my local post office indicating they cannot assist and advising me to handle the issue online via USPS, I'm encountering obstacles. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

To whom it may concern, I attempted to send a package from NY to CA via Certified Mail, but a Postal Clerk advised me to use Priority Mail for $18.45. Despite requesting First Class Mail with certification, the clerk insisted Priority was the only option. I had to pay the higher fee, which was not my original plan. I recently shipped a Letter Jacket to my transfer student in Bondues, France. Unfortunately, the shipping company, Pack and Parcel, did not inform me that I couldn't send it to a PO Box in France. Now, the package is held up in customs in Paris, and they need me to provide a new delivery address through the shipping company. I have the correct address to send it to, and I need assistance in relaying this information to them. My husband and I are currently wintering in Gainesville, Georgia. We informed the Ogunquit, Maine post office (zip code [redacted]) to forward our mail to our temporary address at [redacted] Mulberry Lane, Gainesville, Georgia [redacted] until mid-April. In November and December, I received mail properly. However, recently a mailing containing crucial medical cards was returned to sender marked "temporarily away." Thankfully, it was eventually resent to our Georgia address. Other individuals have also reported their mail to us being returned with the same message. I urgently need this issue resolved! Mail intended for PO Box [redacted], Ogunquit, Maine [redacted], must be forwarded promptly to [redacted] Mulberry Lane, Gainesville, Georgia [redacted]. I placed an order on January 5th, but my package has been stuck at "shipping label prepared" at a USPS facility very close to my home for over a week now. I have not received any updates despite reaching out to USPS via email with all my relevant details. The seller confirmed that they shipped the package but have no further information.
