Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipped November ** and has not advanced since Fayetteville, Arkansas on December *.**Online contact via USPS website does not function correctly. When entering information for "Where is my Package?", and clicking on SUBMIT, it just comes back with the same page again and again never advancing. I've tried two different browsers. USPS website needs some serious technical work.**Meanwhile, the package I sent remains missing and I need to either know where it is or to get a refund for the amount lost (my loss is $**.**). If Priority Mail is insured up to $**, how in the world do I make a claim?**The website won't let me make a claim! My local post office tells me they can't do anything that I have to deal through USPS online. HELPPPPPP!!!!!
