I have had issues within the past * months of not getting my packages that I have delivered to my office address, even though the Tracking Number says that it was delivered. Because my packages are delivered to an office building, there are numerous mail-slots and the first time this happened a few months back, my package was evidently placed in the wrong mail-slot because a month or so later, it showed-up on the floor by my mail-slot. I now have another package that, according to the Tracking Number, was delivered on October *st, but I never received it in my mail-slot. This is ridiculous for this to continue happening. My Tracking Number for this latest package (which gives the notice that it was delivered, but I have not received it) is: ********************, and it actually contained * items. I went on the USPS website and submitted a "Missing Mail" request and that Search ID is "*******". My concern is that when you entered these numbers, you will get the message that the item has been delivered, and that could very well be the case, but it was not delivered to the correct mail-slot. This is unacceptable. The carrier to our building needs to take better care when putting packages in the mail-slots in my building. I know there have been times in the past when we have received mail that was for another suite and there have been other suites who have received our mail. I don't really know if there is anything that can be done about this, but I have paid money for this package and may never receive it due to the neglect of the mail carrier. I guess I just needed to bring this issue to someone's attention, as I doubt anything will be done about this missing package. (Pamela Y. Perkins)
