W. Bellfort self storage onsite manager Randy (now deceased April * **** committed suicide on property) put my items up for auction Nov * **** according to Julie. My account information was changed so that I would not be aware of was he was doing with tenants accounts*stored belongings. I have been paying on my storage since January **** to March ****. I have requested to see if my items are still in my unit *** but no such luck I know what Randy did on paper but I just wanted access to the unit my things could still be there who knows. Julie communicated that she is not sure what happened with my money orders in the amount of $*** from November to March ****. My item's were put up for auction November *,****. Julie stated that she could try to reach out to the auctioneer as well *** the person who bought my storage since under the circumstances it was stolen. As of May **th I received a letter for a refund amount on *** which is incorrect s*b $*** to release me from my contract and not have w bellfort storage to be held liable for Randy's transgressions. There is no mention of recovery of my stolen items there is no monetary value which can be put on the lose of memories. I don't like the implementation of being dismissed and sweep the issue under the rug. There revenue has increased since Randy's self inflicted death. I would like to see some resolution if the items can be recovered *that would be great. $*,*** compensation for my stolen item's since w Bellfort self storage did not do their due diligence to properly protect my item's . *Any assistance or direction would greatly be appreciated.
