Bought two phones talking to customer service ********* , paid for both phones and accessories starting up * new lines. We have been getting so many ring arounds on what we need to do and have done everything as asked of us but yet no one is noting anything in the system. We keep being told to go to nearest store to validate our identity and which we have (the closest store is over an HR away), come to find out we have to continue to go back again for the exact same thing. This is getting very ridiculous! I do not support us cellular and their laziness. Y'all got your money and now don't want to give us our phones we already paid for. I understand the identity theft stuff however we have proven identity more then * time now and yet still keep being told to go prove it again. People need to stop being so lazy! For everything single thing we have been put through we should be credited on our new phone lines. We only go through you because it's the ONLY service we have in our area or I would have been done with you people when it all started, this is ridiculous! We paid alot of money to you people for y'all to keep giving us a ring a around like you have been! The workers are friendly on the phone but yet are not logging what they should be and I don't understand why it is so hard for them to do, not to mention we where not told everything up front that needed to be done in advance to get our new phones so it has been one obstacle after another!!!! I'm over it!
