Ref: *Z**X*V************On ********** I received an email from UPS stating that my delivery was "scheduled for delivery tomorrow by **.**"*I arranged time off work to take delivery, but no one came?*I Attempted to speak to someone in customer services, but this proved to be impossible, I was in an endless loop of automated messages offering me options that were not relevant.*Your automated system states that you are waiting for the package to be passed to you at which point I will be notified when the delivery will take place.*If that is the case can you please explain why I received the text advising me that delivery would take place today before **.**?*I have taken a day's leave because of your text message. It now seems I will have to take another day off some time in the future.*I am not at all happy that I received a text message that was totally inaccurate and that I have lost a day's annual leave because of your error.*Your thoughts and offer of compensation would be appreciated.
