Good Morning! **I got waxed at the Christiana Ulta in DE and wasn’t happy with the results. I’ve been getting waxed at Ultas for years, and I’ve never had an issue. Firstly, it doesn’t even look like my eyebrows were waxed. The associate barely took anything off. They don’t look clean or even done. Secondly, my skin was waxed off on my lip, chin, and spots on my eyebrows. My lip had a large spot, about * inches, of raw skin while my eyebrows and chin had multiple small spots. It was very painful. I didn’t say anything at the time (because I thought I was just red from the waxing) and tipped the associate well because I’m not one to complain. The associate told me she was sick, so I figured she was just having an off day and didn’t want to make her day any worse. I went home with the intent to call the store the next day and have my eyebrows fixed. Even though it would be an inconvenience to go back, I didn’t want to have the same associate fix my eyebrows. The next day I noticed that my skin was ripped off and that I still had hair on my lip and chin along with being unhappy with my eyebrows. When I contacted the store, I was told I would receive a call from another manager on Monday. I never received a call, so I tried to call back a couple days later. Now I’m being told that the growth I’m complaining about is just normal growth even though I called the very next day. I’m not happy with the way the store is handling this issue which is why I’m now reaching out to customer service. I’m hoping you can help resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your time.
