My daughter rented a uhaul cube van in Orillia on Rama rd. When she got there, she picked up the keys and they were closed and there was a broken rear view mirror. This was for a “F” licence test. She could not take the van. She didn’t drive it anywhere and put the keys back in the slot. She called another U-Haul - had to go there and get a larger truck for double the cost.*First we want the $*** back for the U-Haul she never took off the property. It is illegal to have that truck on the road. Second I want U-Haul to pick up the extra $*** it costs for the second vehicle she had to get especially for the inconvenience. The U-Haul in rama road is not picking up the phone today and we can’t get the issue dealt with . This is very discouraging to say the least. i would appreciate your help with this.
