When I called UBox for estimates, I was advised that I would need * boxes for $**.** per box plus liability insurance of $** per container, plus unit deliver of $***, destination delivery of $*** and shipping cost of $****. I was told that I could add more boxes later on and all I would pay for extra box plus drop off cost.*I had * boxes delivered and assumed I would be paying for extra boxes but not extra shipping.*Upon delivery of boxes at my destination, I was surprised to see the shipping charges. I called to question these charges but was told that shipping price increased and was advised to fill out online complaint, which I did. I received a call from the manager at West Oaks, who argued about the charges and refused to refund over-charge for shipping.*I find this deceptive sales technique as the price quoted to me did not mention shipping cost to increase as well. If I was advised about it, I would have asked for a definite price so there are no surprises at the end.*I am not happy about the cost of shipping because I was not advised about increase in shipping costs up front, otherwise I would have found an alternative company who quoted me one price without having any surprises at the end. *I am disputinge excessive shipping charge which I was not made aware of and as such, I am requesting a refund of $****.**.*Thank you for your assistance.*Agha Ahsan
