I changed my birthday to my real birthday since I've had twitter for about * years now. ... It's been a week since my twitter account, @*simplymeagan** has been locked. It was locked as soon as I changed my birthday. It locked me for being "under **" but I'm not under **. I had to send them proof that I'm older by sending a picture of my license. Then, * days later, twitter sends me an email stating that they fixed the problem, but when I went on twitter there's a popup that says the following:**"Keeping your trust by protecting your privacy*Protecting and defending your privacy has always been at the heart of Twitter’s work. Regardless of what option you pick it says, "Error*Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." *It's been a week since I've been dealing with this problem, please help me. I've tried contacting twitter again but I've still gotten no response about the situation. Thank you so much for reading this! ***(EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ITS FIXED IT ISNT)***UPDATE:*Twitter officially permanently suspended my account. I blocked out my SS* on my license and then it said that "Note that submission of fake or forged documents may result in permanent account suspension." But it was not forged nor fake. Then I got an email saying "Twitter*Hello,**Unfortunately, we’re unable to verify you as the account holder and cannot assist you in accessing the account.**If you know which email address is associated with the account and you no longer have access to that email, please contact your email provider for assistance. I want the error to be fixed and to unlock my account.
I've been using twitter for * years. Never had any problems like this before. I've never done anything inappropriate on twitter so why should I be suffering?!
I've tried everything. Different browsers, mobile version of twitter. Literally everything, I've also contacted twitter but they havent responded.
