To *The Grievance cell Turkish Airline Date *.*.***Delhi*Dear Sir*Madam**The purpose of my letter is to file a complaint regarding a recent horrible experience of my family as well my friend & his families experienced on Turkish Airlines Flight TK *** on *rd June , ****, which was scheduled ed to depart from Istanbul at *.** PM and arrive in New Delhi at *.** AM. We had the tickets for onward Journey to our native Kokata on same day around *.** AM.**The flight was delayed due to unknown reason . We arrived in New Delhi airport at approximately *:** AM, and by the time the doors were open to exit the plane it was approximately*:**AM. Upon landing * we completed the immigration very fast and rushed to baggage belt but we had waited there almost ** mins to get our luggage(although we have marked our luggage as Priority from Istanbul to avoid such delay) & its almost *.** AM by the time we reached the gate for Kolkata bound flight( carrier Vistara) it was closed & we couldn’t board the flight (although we are having the boarding through online checking) .It was a real traumatic situation for all of us & very unbearable condition specially for kids & ladies in the group spending whole day at Delhi Airport without proper food & lodging.**We not only suffered emotionally from this experience, but also financially. Due to missing of Kolkata bound flight had cost us almost Rs *****(for * persons) and repurchased the tickets for Kolkata bound evening flight was almost Rs *****(for * persons) which was unnecessary & without any fault from our side. Moreover we spent almost Rs **** for food & drinks at the Delhi airport which was really uncalled for & without any fault from our side. In addition to that all of have become very seek for last *-* days due this unprecedented incident at Delhi airport.*This traumatic situation now calls for compensation. I am writing this letter on behalf of * passengers to request you to pay an amount of Rs **** *per passenger which comes to total amount of Rs *****. Immediately but not later tha * weeks from the date of this complaint. *If we do not receive a response from you within the aforementioned deadline, I will seek immediate legal *assistance.**Thanking you,*Santa Kumar chakrabarty*Eticket no *************(Istanbul to Delhi)
