I travelled on the **.**.** and one of the staff took my hand luggage to business class...

I was travelling for a wedding and Xmas in uganda. ... I travelled on the **.**.** and one of the staff took my hand luggage to business class as their was no space on above my seat. i didn't get it till *th Jan ** with some missing items.I have since filled in variety of claim forms, but I have never got a reply I Phoned al most everyday in Jan to March but your staff would tell me its still under investigation!!*My ref which was given to me was EBBTK*****.*On my way back to Gatwick my luggage was also delayed for two days also with items missing.*I have all the proof but the airline have totally ignore me.

Very frustrating because i was told i woukd find my luggagge at entebbe which i didnt get after almost * weeks.*I was more frustrated all the time i called the airline they told me they are looking into it.

I want to be rembursed what i lost both journies and also the claim for my waiting time and being incovenienced.

This was my second time to use this airline.

Nothing a part from phoning them and feeling in irregularity formds.
