I have e-tickets for Turkish Airlines flights. I have got an email informing that my flight has a schedule change, so I need to go through change procedure. I would like to confirm the change, however I can't do it: self-service displays errors and fails to confirm the change* phone No given in the email (*** *** *** * ***) is incorrect and not working* Lithuanian call center (I'm from Lithuania) is not accessible at any time, seems not working at all.**Would be great if someone could solve this problem by email.

It was completely impossible to make things OK using the call center (calling *** *** *** * ***, the number was provided in the email from airlines). No human speaking agent was available there, and all attempts to get though robot-managed conversation was a waste. But later I'have succeeded to call * local office (in my country which is Lithuania). It was hard to get through, but finally when I was connected with human agent everything went smoothly and my tickets are changed at last.
