Turkish airline *With complaint number ******* *I missed flight from Istanbul to Lahore Pakistan *I also talked to authorities the concerning persons and customer care center he registered complaint *First thing is Turkish airport the don’t give you kids strollers !!!! Unexpected *Traveling first time with Turkish airlines along with two year kid of ** kg !!! With heavy bag pack !!! And pregnancy of * months !!!!!*I asked information to the concerning people he misleads me to the wrong gate side i walked all with my heavy baggage to the wrong gates misleads by the inexperienced people misguiding people !!!! *Realized no it’s going wrong me with all my calculated time rushed again towards the gate ***A could you imagine a lady with pregnancy And two year kid why do they guide and mislead people when they don’t know missed flight reached at * ** !!! By walking running holding kid holding baggage !! Who is responsible I spent whole my yearly saving *** Euros for me and *** euro for my kid !!! Who is responsible it’s just * ** pm !! Have to wait for * ** pm at night !!! *Who will be responsible for this loss !!! I collected money for whole year !!! Charged *** euros !!! What for just because of people working here ?? I want the loss back can’t get back my precious time it’s also wedding of my brother in Pakistan I missed that too !!!! *Who who is responsible for the loss and above all if I loss my another kid the trouble I had for this airport and people selected Turkish because I felt economical !!no they too everything my time my year saving my health everything reply me and answer me to the loss I had on**th January !!!!! *Fatima !
