Only this time, unfortunately, I made the booking directly on the site of Turkish airlines. An hour after the booking I realized that I made a mistake and immediately phoned the customer service to cancel the booking I've made. I was told that this kind of ticket couldn*t be refunded. All agencies (even edreams) allow cancellation with refund within the first ** hours of booking, but your company wasn*t nor understanding nor flexible about this. So I tried to postpone the flight. But also that was impossible: no matter what date I would suggest the difference of fee was double the price of the original ticket. So it was better to loose the ticket. In desperation I asked the lady from the customer service to please help me choosing a date I can postpone the ticket without paying a fortune . But the lady said she couldn*t help me. At this point I cancelled the ticket and I was told that out of the price I paid, I would get back the taxes: ** €. Ridiculous! REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE! I think that they could do at least a parcial refund.
