Complaint to Turkish Airlines,*-***-***-*****REF: *E-Ticket* *************, October **th, ****, *:**pm, Depart from Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston Yahya J. Jafreh**To Whom It May Concern: *Under very trying circumstances, I reached the airport **-** minutes behind my schedule that I had arranged to arrive at Bush Intercontinental Airport. I arrived at approximately *:**-*:**pm with still time to catch my flight. I could hear them asking for me to get to the gate. The reason behind my delay to the airport was the vehicle brining me broke down on the way to airport. *I was terribly disappointed and alarmed at the behavior and statement made to me at this time by supervisor I met at the Turkish Airlines counter and I was extremely emotionally disappointed by the lack of professional behavior by the personnel supposedly required to help, facilitate and organize movement to the Turkish Airline. It was clear to me that your representative was not going to notify appropriate persons to see that I reach the airline even as I told her you hear them calling me on speaker. It was also a clear message that your representative was not concerned about my welfare or the reputation of your air service.*I asked her, I know I am **-** minutes late to airport, why do you not help me with process to get to airline: *SHE REPLIED: Because you know how the secret service is in America and how they feel about people in the Middle East. If they find something in your suitcase you will hold up *** passengers and unable to fly. *I TOLD her that I had been using Turkish Airlines as my carrier for a very long time and I live in America for ** years and I never had a driving ticket, I am a business man & owner and I was a professor at Montgomery College that taught minority groups coming in America. I have a good reputation within the State of Texas and my community. *If I act and perform as your person did in their employment I would destroy my image just as the people working for your airline are doing to yours. I believe they are impacting your reputation. After talking with your personnel on the *** number, they butchered the English language and this had destroyed respect for alleged position. *I do have a witness to this situation with the vehicle in which I arrived in.
