Hello,*I had a flight from RUH to IAD with the turkish airlines on January, *, **** which was canceled due to a snow storm and I was not able to get another flight because as per the airlines employee he doesn’t know when the flights will be back. The flight number was TK**** from Riyadh to Istanbul and TK**** from Istanbul to Washington. My ticket number is *************. Due to the cancellation of flight and not being able to get another one with Turkish Airlines I had to get another ticket with a different airlines which cost me ***** Saudi Rials. I have been trying to get a refund from your side by contacting your office in both Washington and in Riyadh by phone and by going to the office and did not get any response by them. Yesterday I got a phone call from your office in Riyadh about the refund and when I went their they told me that I will get a refund of *** Saudi Rials because I did not show up on the airport which is not true I was there and the flight was canceled due to a snow storm.
