Distinguished Gentlemen of Turkish Airlines*Presenter: General Manager of LG SAMARA*AIMAN KOUSSA*Warm greeting*You have booked on your company a flight ticket BUSINESS Reference: TK -UAWQ*C Beirut ERCAN.CYPUS TO on SEPTEMBER. ****. **With return ticket on SEPTEMBER. ****. ***I was brought to the airport for the departure flight * hours before departure but I was not allowed to board the plane knowing that my passport and all my papers are complete with a hotel reservation.*I was hurt to book a flight after that as soon as I can catch up with an important meeting with a friend coming from Germany and have booked on your air lines at the same time and to be a joint trip from Istanbul to CYPRUS*So as not to prolong the result of waiting for me at the airport and delay and the pain and loss of material, psychological and physical*Send you attachments and documents proving this and you can verify them*The next trip was delayed and my luggage was lost for ** hours and arrived in very poor condition*We respect your company and appreciate your good efforts and I am sure it is an unintended mistake though*I look forward to reviewing and compensating for the substantial damage caused by a flight ticket to be determined later*Thank you for your cooperation with respect and appreciation***AIMAN KOUSSA* GENERAL MANAGER * SAMARA LGSIRYA LATTAKYA-Building the Chamber of Commerce Email:*****@***.com
