If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.
The issue in GetHuman-chiloveb's own words
Lost * baggages and Turkishairline didnt give us reference number, *Turkishairlines office Brukinafaso also closed by purpose. We have no chance to contact with them. ****my husband got your flight from Japan Narita to Brukinafaso on * july. *But our * baggages hasnt arrived yet!*and there are no turkish airlines workers at all in Brukinafaso airport.*we couldnt get reference number.*i am his wife and Japanese, so I asked Japan about our **baggages.*Customer service in japan*said our baggages will arrive **July.*but my husband went to airport, but it hasnt come*yet again. Nobody explain our*baggages. and turkishairlines office in Brukinafaso, also closed.*we cant contact with anyone.*we called baggage claim center in turky, but we cant understand what they were talking about.*I am pregnant now, i need something from my baggages.*Please contact us,and return to our baggages.
