Today we should leave Kiev and fly to Valencia.*We decided to go with Turkish Airlines because I am frequent traveler and usually the service is very good. There were not faster flights but I remember about the ** hours rules and free hotel and shuttle service, so opted to go via Istanbul*This time everything was wrong.*First in Kiev we have been asked to pay ** Euros for MAU check-in, then we were given the seats in different rows for today and for tomorrrow flight.*Then in a ISTANBUL we were refused to use ** hours rule because tomorrow we could have a smaller gap. But we should leave Kiev today and we were looking for ********** as flight date. We wanted to discuss the situation with supervisor, but Turkish airlines hotel desk refused to call supervisor or to say where could we find one. They have refused to give us the hotel refusal in writing. We could not find customer service anywhere in the airport. Only ticket sale offices. The was only one working telephone to talk to customer service with a huge queque. So, we booked a hotel , took a taxi and left airport. The
