I first got my taxes on Thursday April **. I went to trustmark to try to withdraw **** from my **** I recieved. That was when trustmark denied my request to withdraw my money, and they mentioned that my turbo tax card may have a limit on how much I get out a bank in one lump sum. She also said that i had to go to another trustmark because my card was denied she couldnt slide my card there anymore. Which led me to calling my card to find out The lady in customer service told me that it indeed was a limit of **** per transaction. She stated that I could go to three different banks to with draw my full refund off my card. I went to the next trustmark to withdraw **** it was accepted. Then I traveled to the next bank which was regions and also withdrawn **** from there. Then moments after I attempted to use the atm to take off *** which was all I needed at the time. I was denied there for insufficient funds. Now I started off with **** bucks on my card and only withdrew **** off my card. I called my card once more and found out **** was taken off my card by turbo tax when I was denied at trustmark and now I have to write a dispute. I am outraged and confused why would turbo tax remove funds without permission and make me go through so much for them to return it. I will get a lawyer involved if nothing isn't done and then the situation will be much worse. I am patient but anything dealing with my currency is a no fly zone and there's no room for errors. I would greatly appreciate it if u investigate the matter and return my cash by the end of the week Thank you.
