When I filed my taxes, I signed up for the turbo tax debit card for my refund. I guess it automatically generated a account number and routing number for my card. The bank is green dot bank. Well when I got my card on April **, ****. The routing number was correct and the same, the account number was completely different. Therefore not reviving my refund on my card once activating it. It won’t even let me activate on the turbo tax.com*activate. Says the number is incorrect. So I need you to take the card number that they sent me and change it to where it gets direct deposited on the card I have now. I have already contacted the irs the green dot bank has the money and is not sending back. They are holding it. I need you to fix this issue for me. I need the account number changed associated With my account so I can receive my refund.
