I am extremely worried that I have done something wrong while filing my taxes and choosing to recieve my refund using your prepaid card method, something I have never tried before as I have always opted to be sent a check in the mail. I have received my turbo tax prepaid card and was notified soon after filing my taxes on April **th that my return had been accepted and was being processed. I am only expecting my state return as my federal was *$. Other people that I know whom have filed their taxes with you and elected to recieve their refunds using the prepaid card method have gotten their refunds deposited while i still have not, even though they filed after me. I am worried that the IRS has seized my refund because of debts that I owe to several banks, and as green dot bank has technically opened a checking account for me with this card, I was wondering if my assess have been seized or if my request has been denied altogether. Please call me I have so many questions and concerns and need any information I can get regarding this problem.
