They "will get back to me when I am unsubscribed." EDIT today, August **, they have informed me that my account will be closed on AUGUST **. And I still can't see my payment or subscription information.

cancel online. Not an option. (EDIT: This is not "fixed," if they haven't even canceled my subscription yet: from *pm to ***pm and still waiting! Don't mark things resolved when it's not ... They don't have an unsubscribe option online! I am extremely angry about this, and want to unsubscribe ASAP since they have censored my favorite news radio show. They have emailed me and told me this exactly, and it is NOT ok they have time to write me to bash Alex Jones, but have to put me on wait to fulfill my unsubscribe request. I paid them an annual subscription for several years straight, NOWHERE have I EVER seen a subscription I am not allowed to cancel IMMEDIATELY any time I like.
Customer cancellation option VIA THE BROWSER like anywhere else. The LEAST they can do is cancel immediately upon seeing a request. It has been TWO HOURS and I'm still waiting.*EDIT I want this resolved by IMMEDIATE cancellation, not a promise to cancel me three weeks from now. Furthermore, prior to trying to cancel, I had updated my payment information online, meaning they only blocked my access to my own open paid account AFTER I tried to unsubscribe. This is going upwards and onwards to the BBB.
I was a customer probably since **** or ****. Now they want to censor our content for no valid reason.
I spent a LONG TIME trying to find somewhere online to do it, both before after I reached them via email. I am very upset by the situation. EDIT: this is NOT a 'fixed' situation. EDIT They have said they unsubscribed me but I still think they mean on August ** like they said. Asked again and waiting for an answer to tell me my account information that I can't see, such as what paid when on what card. I went to BBB with this

I got the BBB involved. I had kept emailing Tunein about what I needed, immediate cancellation and my account payment details, well, THAT didn't come yet, but I have hope it will. Tunein also complained that I wasn't entitled to a refund, even though I never asked for one. They said my inability to see my account information was because they were updating their system, not because they were blocking me. I don't believe them, but I could be wrong. I don't know if they are always difficult to unsubscribe from, but I have been allowed to always unsubscribe myself from other businesdrs, except for AOL long long ago. Until this, I likedvTunein
