Hi,**Just less than ** hours ago I purchased a Carry On Luggage from Tumi at Changi airport, Singapore. I bought the ** Degree Aluminium Continental Degree bag. Less than * hours of purchasing the bag, the bag has already have so many scratches. I paid SGD **** plus for this bag and I am so disappointed buying it. Ive got other Tumi Bags and I love the them, but this one is a total waste of money. What kind of quality is this? I really didn't expect some of the Tumi bags to be so low in quality. I bet another trip to somewhere and this bag will be covered with scratches. The reason why customers fork out so much money for premiums brands like Tumi is because of the whole package- the design, durability, and the quality. At the moment I feel the quality of the bag I purchased *****! **This bag is made to be used for anything other than keeping it in a display and looking at it. The moment you decide to use it, it will be filled with scratches. There's goes your $$$$**I need someone to contact me regarding this. Please contact me via my email. I have bills and pictures to proof my claim.
