Hi. Could you please help me? I booked holiday Inn resort batu feringghi, penang a month ago via hotel quickly ltd that is via trivago. Today is my check in day and the hotel staff told me that the booking was cancelled yesterday without my knowledge.*For your info. I've called the hotel to make sure that my booking is in so they told it was already in. *The payment was charged to my debit card already. What should I do?
