Good morning**I recently booked a hotel online in Trivago to Cape Town for the **th of December at Lagoon Hotel. I received confirmation of the booking via email yesterday and I called the hotel to verify the booking and they said they do not have it on their system.*And there was money taken out of my account but they said they haven’t received anything and this morning another transaction went off, and now twice the amount is gone and the hotel has no clue whatsoever about my booking,*Please contact me and clarify this for me because I am panicking that now twice the amount agreed on is missing and my booking is not reflecting at the Hotel
