How to upload photos on trivago

As an online hotel search website, Trivago doesn't offer a function for customers to directly upload photos to their platform. The images you see on the site are provided directly by the hotels or sourced from third-party booking websites that Trivago partners with. If you own a hotel and wish to update your images, you need to do so through Trivago Hotel Manager, or update them on the external booking website you are partnered with, and these changes should subsequently reflect on Trivago. Personal travelers unfortunately cannot upload their own photos.

I need a confirmation number for a reservation that I made online

We're sorry, but we are unable to provide confirmation numbers as we do not have direct access to your Trivago booking information. Your confirmation number should be in the email you received after booking your hotel. Take a look at that confirmation email, as well as your spam or junk folders if you can't find it. As a comparison site, Trivago directs you to the booking website, where the transaction occurs. So, your confirmation should come directly from the booking site you used, not Trivago.

I need to connect my calendar with my channel manager Elloha.

To connect your calendar with your Elloha channel manager, you'll first need to sign in to your Trivago Hotel Manager account. From there, navigate to the "Channels & Distribution" tab and select the "Channel Managers" option. Find Elloha from the list of Trivago’s integrated channel managers, click on it, and follow the instructions provided to connect your calendar. Once the process is complete, your availability and rates will automatically be updated on Trivago whenever changes are made in Elloha. This will ensure your hotel’s information is always up to date. Please remember that these changes can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear on Trivago.
