Help!. I get an email from TripIt that says your itinerary is ready. It has giving me two locator numbers. The first is : *********. The second locator number is: *********. We are going on a * month trip to Europe. We have many hotels. I have gone through all of our hotels and cannot find these two numbers for our hotels. Could TripIt say which hotel, or at least city they are sending information regarding our itinerary. It is very very frustrating when we have no idea which hotel or city it is and we have to go through ** hotels to try to find the correct number. Please help me understand this process. Thank you very much.

How GetHuman-dpisciot fixed the problem
He went back to the date we received your itinerary and place it in the inbox search bar. That brought up all emails for that date. When we found the one we sent you it gave us the name for the reservation of the confirmation code. You can also put info in the sent search bar I hope this helps.
