CONFIRMATION REF *********** I stayed at a travel lodge in Plymouth. It was suppose to be for * nights but the accommodation was so poor I requested a refund to find alternative accommodation. The room for me and my boyfriend had * single beds, we were then moved to a room which looked like a hospital room, no way was I paying £*** for that. I*Was told I wouldn’t be refunded for the first night as I already checked in. But got told to check out before **pm and I would receive a refund within *** working days. My arrival date was ********** and my check out date was ********** and I am still awaiting my refund!!!! You can never speak to a customer service agent which is poor! All I want is my refund. I will never stay in a travel lodge again it’s been a nightmare from start to finish.
