I am trying to access my travelocity account to review past trips, but I cannot log in. I clicked on the forgot password link, entered my email, but never received a change password link. Your online help is completely useless, since I don't have an itinerary number.
Not all problems are related to an itinerary number! If I don't have one, which I don't, you won't help me!
